Vegan Strawberry Banana Cheesecake Overnight Oats
Overnight oats are my favorite because they are super easy, convenient, yummy and seem to be healthier than stove top cooked oats since heat is not used in the “cooking” process.
I’ve tried a few recipes and this one is pretty much my favorite because it has a few different layers of tastes and textures.

(This is my first recipe on the blog, but instead of the usual long intros that I tend to skip through on other blogs, I will always keep my recipe posts pretty quick to the point :))
I N G R E D I E N T S
2 cups Old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup Almond milk yogurt
1 1/2 cups Almond or soy milk
1 Tablespoon Agave
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
2 cups Strawberries (and some sliced for the topping)
I N S T R U C T I O N S
1. Put strawberries, plant milk, and plant milk yogurt into a food processor and process on high until fruit is pureed.
2. Put in a bowl and mix in agave and vanilla. 3. Refridgerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
4. Scoop this deliciousness in a bowl and top with crushed graham crackers, sliced strawberries and bananas
It’s so good I could eat it every day!
If you have a thing with texture and food then this might not be for you because it’s a bit soft. That’s why crunchy and textured toppings are a MUST ☺️
